Lee Consulting Australia P/L is an experienced aged care consulting firm which works with individual or group organisations providing practical advice and support.
We assist organisations build systems that are expert, contextual, competent, caring and professional. Our services maintain management and staff’s focus on required systems, residents and the required care.
 

Since 1992, we have:

·      supported over 200 aged care facilities achieve three years accreditation

·      supported homes maintain maximum RCS claims

·      conducted in-services, workshops and provided educational support to staff of over 200 homes on aged care specific and contemporary practice topics

·      successfully supported numerous homes obtain Approval Round success

·      worked with numerous homes in submitting appeals and responses to the Commonwealth and accreditation agency

·      worked as project managers eg. for the only residential aged care Nurse Practitioner project in Australia to date, a DHS funded Falls Prevention project
